A "reredos" is a decorative screen above and behind the high altar. Our reredos is composed of hand-carved cedar, never painted or varnished. A fleur-de-lis in a quartrefoil. The fleur-de-lis representing: Father, Son & Holy Spirit; one God. The quartrefoil represents the four perfections of God: unity, power, goodness & wisdom.
